High Commissioner Reuben Gauci presents credentials in the Maldives and Sri Lanka

On Monday 13 December 2021 and Tuesday 21 December 2021 respectively, H.E. Reuben Gauci presented Credentials ( Letters of Commission )  as Malta’s High Commissioner to the Republic of the Maldives and to the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. He  was accompanied by his spouse, Dr. Olga V. Gauci on both trips.

Serving as Malta’s Resident High Commissioner of the Republic of Malta to India, H.E. Reuben Gauci travelled to Male, the Maldives within the period 11-15 December 2021 and to Colombo, Sri Lanka within the period 19-24 December 2021 in order to present credentials in view of the fact that the High Commission of Malta in New Delhi is also accredited to these neighbouring countries of India.

In the Maldives, High Commissioner Gauci presented credentials to the President of the Republic of the Maldives, His Excellency Ibrahim Mohammed Solih, at the Presidential Palace in the Maldivian Capital of Male.

In Sri Lanka, High Commissioner Gauci presented credentials to the President of the Republic Sri Lanka, His Excellency Gotabaya Rajapaksa, at the Presidential Palace in the Sri Lankan Capital of Colombo.
