H.E. Simon Pullicino, born on
4/12/1964, joined the Ministry for Foreign Affairs in 1986. He performed duties
in various directorates within the Ministry, was assigned a number of overseas
posts and formed part of various Maltese delegations that participated in
United Nations, European Union, international/regional conferences and
meetings.
